The “Innovation & Excellence 2017 ” title was awarded for the way we optimized our procedure for telesales calls to customers in Europe. The company designed a working method concept (MONEY HOURS) and a supporting call-planning tool (ANA) to boost performance. The purpose of MONEY HOURS was to make non-sales departments aware that they shouldn’t disturb the telesales frontline during morning time

The award for “Use of business and/or social technologies to optimize the discovery and sharing of customer issues and insights” has been given to Eaglewings Courier Services for implementing a new business technology platform within the Eaglewings Courier Services. The platform combines a customer relationship management solution and a Business Intelligence suite for analysis and data processing.
